We will notify you and provide an explanation except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
b939 is required under its operating licence to verify the identity of players — a process known as Know Your Customer (KYC). KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a first withdrawal, when a player requests a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or at any point where b939 has reason to require additional confirmation of a player's identity.

Dormant Account Policy: If your b939 account has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rs 200 per month will be applied to dormant accounts. b939 will notify you by email before this fee begins. The fee ceases upon account reactivation.
b939 is required to return funds to the same method they were deposited by, wherever technically possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed back to Easypaisa. This is an anti-money laundering control, not a limitation on when you can withdraw.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses at b939 carry an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting depending on the specific offer. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed before the expiry date will be removed from your b939 account automatically.
Bonus Abuse: b939 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (low-risk or arbitrage betting); exploiting errors in bonus crediting; or providing false information to claim a promotion. b939 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, in proven cases of bonus abuse.
The b939 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Players who have previously held a b939 account under any name or identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Live Betting: b939 offers live in-play betting on selected events. Odds on live markets update continuously. b939 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Any bets placed on a suspended market will be voided. b939 is not responsible for delays in odds updates that arise from internet connection issues on the player's side.
Maximum Payout: The maximum single payout from any bet or combination of bets on b939 is Rs 50,000,000 (Rs 5 crore). Winnings above this amount on any single event or settlement period are capped at this limit.
